Congratulations! You have decided to follow Jesus!
Now it’s time to begin your journey with him. We’re here to help; keep reading!
CONNECTING WITH GOD
READ THE BIBLE
Trying reading the Bible every day! The Bible has been inspired by God and in its pages you will find his plan and purpose for your life.
If you do not have a Bible yet, you can purchase a physical one or download a digital one!
The Bible has been translated many times and there are many versions you can choose from.
We recommend the New International Version (NIV) or the New Living Translation (NLT).
We’re so excited for you!

TALKING TO GOD THROUGH PRAYER 🙏
Besides reading the Bible, praying is one the best ways to connect with God. Praying is simply talking to Him like you would do with your best friend… Your very wise best friend! Don’t feel like you have to use complicated words or follow any specific rules. God is longing to hear from you. Give it a try!
CONNECTING WITH OTHERS
Join a Church! If you are not part of a church yet, we invite you to get connected with one. Getting together with people on the same faith journey is important, especially when you are starting. If you are looking for a church to call home, we would be blessed to have you part of our community!
Join an EDEN group! Life is better together! Getting connected to an EDEN Group will help you to grow in your knowledge of God and the Bible. It will also create opportunities for you to meet fellow believers!
SHARE WITH OTHERS
Let other people know about the gift of salvation you have received when you decided to accept Jesus into your life!
You can do this by sharing your story with others and also by getting baptized!
Baptism is going public with your faith. When you begin a relationship with Jesus, the next step is to get baptized!
If you want to learn more about baptism, let us know!
SHARE YOUR RESOURCES
Give to a church! God has blessed you with resources like time, talents and money, use them to invest in others.
We give freely. We can’t fathom God’s overwhelming generosity to us and we desire to give back to Him with our time, finances and resources.
